Pocahontas Music has published a detailed timeline of a dispute involving former fiancé Marvin Hochreiter and his current girlfriend, whom she identifies as Shalena Renee Watson and says has also used the name Vanessa Jane. The conflict began after Pocahontas Music ended her engagement and later expanded into what she describes as years of stalking, harassment, impersonation, monitoring, false accusations, and reputational attacks. The relationship and breakup Pocahontas Music met Hochreiter on Instagram in October 2020 and began a long-distance relationship the following month. In September 2021, she traveled from the United States to Germany for approximately two weeks, met members of his family, and became engaged after he proposed. She retained her flight itinerary and passport stamps from the trip. After returning home, Pocahontas Music says women from TalkLife and Reddit contacted her with messages, emails, payment records, and video-chat screenshots alleging that Hochreiter and his brother were running a catfishing scheme and that Hochreiter had been involved with multiple women. Impersonation and repeated contact During the summer of 2022, Watson contacted Pocahontas Music on WhatsApp using the name of one of her friends and claimed it was the friend's new number. That same day, Watson contacted her through Telegram and sent a voice message apologizing, discussing alleged cheating in her own relationship with Hochreiter, and asking Pocahontas Music to join a TalkLife group for women who said they had been deceived. Different email accounts were also created, and messages eventually reached members of her family and her husband. She recalls a period when Watson sent another voice message apologizing for her treatment, after apparently experiencing relationship problems with Hochreiter. Pocahontas Music says the contact resumed shortly afterward. Steam accounts, reports, and device review Pocahontas Music identifies Steam accounts connected to the dispute by the names TheLoveWitch, Amethyst, softxpetals, theflyingfudgeman, and seraph. She says the accounts changed names, monitored her activity, contacted her, and posted statements about her that other people captured and forwarded. She reported the accounts to Steam and included the platform activity in reports to law enforcement. As the situation escalated, Pocahontas Music filed reports with local and international law-enforcement agencies concerning both Hochreiter and Watson. She voluntarily provided personal phones, work phones, backup phones, laptops, and tablets for examination. A private investigator also assisted with her court case. Pocahontas Music says the review of her devices and IP addresses found no evidence that she had contacted or harassed them. She says both Hochreiter and Watson are subject to active restraining orders. Women from TalkLife and Reddit provided statements for court, and one woman was summoned after Watson allegedly used her phone number to contact Pocahontas Music. Pocahontas Music says text and call logs connected to that number were established in court. Fabricated content and overlapping family conflict Over the years, Pocahontas Music has seen fabricated screenshots, manipulated content, and AI-generated images used to build false narratives about her. She says the materials were reviewed and challenged as inauthentic. She also says Hochreiter and Watson communicated with her mother, who provided false information about her in retaliation for Pocahontas Music speaking publicly about childhood abuse. She describes the combined conduct as a smear campaign involving social manipulation, triangulation, reputational abuse, and attempts to interfere with her music career, businesses, professional relationships, and future opportunities.
